Principal items to accomplish: Disconnect and remove existing two Compu Aire, two stage systems; Install two each Liebert Deluxe System/3 precision self contained water cooled air conditioners, MDL#DH315W-ASEI: Nominal 22 ton down flow systems, 460 VAC 3 phase, IBM off white #Z0430 or equivalent. Additional requirements: One year warranty covering for parts and workmanship, plus 90 day labor warranty; Factory supervised start up and warranty inspection, with one time basic operator training; Install system using existing 480 VAC, 3-phase, 100 Amp circuit; Demolish old system and remove from site. Contractor shall be responsible for disposal; Government will furnish forklift to load and unload equipment from contractor's truck; Other work necessary to accomplish the above items.
