Lake, CA intends to negotiate on an other-than-competitive basis with
SEI, Asheville, NC for support in applying Thin-Pack Lightweight
Environmentally Sealed Parachute Assembly (LESPA) technology to
existing ejection seat parachute canopies. The solicitation/order
(Order 0008) will be issued under Basic Ordering Agreement

components, related assemblies, engineering/logistical support and
other services. Proposed Order type: Cost Plus Fixed Fee. The planned
