The Pioneer UAV Program currently supports the Navy and Marine Corps by providing logistics support to the fleet users. There is a current requirement for FLUX Valve Assembly. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis with Humphrey Inc., 9212 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123. Humphrey, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer and owns the proprietary data rights to the FLUX Valves. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
