This procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. Production Lead Time for both items is 120 days for delivery order 0001 and 90 days for all subsequent delivery orders. Acceleration of delivery is permitted when authorized in advance by the Procuring Contracting Officer. Best Value Source Selection criteria will be used.
