The U.S. Army Materiel Command Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, has a requirement for End Cover Assembly, NSN: 7360-01-045-8622. The Government intends to utilize best value source selection procedures. This acquisition will be solicited and awarded as a firm-fixed-price three year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity basis with a Minimum of 1,050 and a Maximum of 2,400 units. Technical Data Package Number 5-13-2557 may be used for reference for this item. The End Cover Assembly will be used with the Kitchen, Field, Trailer mounted. Deliveries of the End Cover Assembly shall be F.O.B. Destination, equally divided to New Cumberland, PA, Texarkana, TX, and Stockton, CA. Delivery Schedule shall be 120 days after issuance of individual Delivery Orders. Alternative Delivery Schedules will be considered. A best value source selection will be conducted based on the offeror's proposed price and past performance being equal. Pricing shall be filled in on the Request for Proposal DAAD15-00-R-0033 (CLIN 0001AA, 0002AA, and 0003AA). Offerors shall also submit a past performance summary in accordance with Section L of the Solicitation. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification is 2299 and the size standard is 500 employees.
