The U.S. Army Materiel Command Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, has a requirement for a quantity of 50 each Roof Assembly, NSN: 7360-01-432-8324. The Government intends to utilize best value source selection procedures. This acquisition will be solicited and awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis. Technical Data Package Number 5-13-2520 may be used for reference for this item. The Roof Assembly will be used with the Kitchen, Field, Trailer mounted. Deliveries of 25 each Roof Assembly shall be F.O.B. Destination to New Cumberland, PA, and the remaining 25 shipped F.O.B. Destination to Texarkana, TX. A quantity of 25 is required to be delivered on 15 November 2000 and the remaining 25 on 15 December 2000. Alternative Delivery Schedules will be considered. A best value source selection will be conducted based on the offeror's proposed price and past performance being equal. Pricing shall be filled in on the Request for Proposal DAAD15-00-R-0033 (CLIN 0001AA). Offerors shall also submit a pastperformance summary in accordance with Section L of the Solicitation. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification is 3499 and the size standard is 500 employees.
