read_The Coast Guard is seeking quotes from qualified sources that can
supply continuing support and maintenance for the Trimble NT200CG DGPS
Receivers. The repair consists primarily of equipment replacement and
upgrades through the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The
government intends to issue a contract for a base year and three option

can provide this service. It is the government's belief that Trimble
Corporation, the OEM, is the only company that can provide the required
services. However, other potential sources having the expertise,
required capabilities, and the ability to purchase OEM parts, can
submit data with their quotation. The Government does not intend to pay
for the information solicited. Responses must be concise and be
specifically directed to the requirement mentioned above. Concerns that
respond tothe notice must fully demonstrate their capabilities to meet
the requirements. They must provide self-supporting, clear, concise,
and complete, and documentation, supporting their capabilities. The
following information must be provided to evaluate the acceptability of
the repair services offered. Complete and current data must
demonstrate, 1) that potential source has the capability to perform the
repair services, 2) that the offered parts have been satisfactorily
manufactured by the OEM, and 3) that the potential source has the
ability to purchase parts from the OEM on a continuing basis. The
contractors experience and expertise with the Trimble NT200CG DGPS
Receivers in providing extended warranty, repair, and upgrades is an
important evaluation factor, as well as the personnel experience and
qualifications in performance. A pre-award survey may be performed to
verify the validity of information provided in your quotes. Your
