The requirement consists of 24 hour a day -7days a week temperature projection of the runway pavement, providing scan cast service directly to IBM 50 PC twice daily, and performing service calls within 24 hours. The performance period is 01 October 2000 through 30 September 2001 with two one-year option periods. This solicitation will be unrestricted, open to both small and large businesses. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The Standard Industry Classification Code is 8999 and the Small Business Size Standard is $5 million. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 11 July 2000. The solicitation may be obtained by downloading through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) (Vendor).
