Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the Hawaii Convention Center (HCC) for the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary (the Sanctuary). The Sanctuary, state governments, and interested non-governmental organizations have identified HCC as the best location for holding conference during period 8/4/00-8/12/00 after a year of reviewing other possible locations in the area.
