MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT TO ADD A SHORT TERM OPTION PERIOD Notice of the Government's intent to modify Contract Number DADA13-95-D-0003 with Ameriko Maintenance Company for the provision of Hospital Housekeeping services at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Tacoma, WA. The modification will add a six (6) month short term option which will be exercisable in three (3) month increments beginning 1 July 2000.
