This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract, Minimum guaranteed quantity is a total of 300 hours per year. Maximum quantity is 4,500 hours per year. This is a Commercial Item Acquisition, FAR Part 12 applies. Contractor will be required to provide 20-yd dump trucks capable of hauling various fill materials, nothing larger that 12" rock. Only those contractors, who are based within a 50-mile radius of Ochopee, Florida, will be considered for award. Contractor will also be required to provide a maximum of ten 20-yd dump trucks at any given time, given 24 hours notice. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. Requests should include the company name, address and solicitation number. It is anticipated that multiple awards will be made from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which, if timely received, will be considered. This is a 100% Set-aside for Small Business. The applicable SIC is 4212 and the size standard is $18.5 million. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 4 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
