Period of performance will be a base period of 1 October 2000 through 31 September 2001, and four one-year option periods. Contractor shall provide personnel, equipment and license to operate a commercial travel office on McChord AFB for both government official and leisure travel. Offerors will be evaluated using Price Performance Trade-off. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 27 July 2000. The acquisition will be conducted under full and open competition.
