The charter will take place not-to-exceed twenty days starting on or around the fourth week in August 2000. Vessel must be a minimum 45' and possess twin screws for maneuverability. Vessel must be equipped with hydraulic winch and an A frame for launching an ROV. Vessel must also possess a step-through transom and dive step to facilitate access for divers.
