The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for a garage replacement located in Point Barrow, Alaska. Work consists of removing existing garage/storage building that is approximately 336 square feet, and replacing with a garage/storage building approximately 1,344 square feet. Structure shall be placed on piers approximately 4 feet above existing grade, and be constructed of wood with a metal roof. There shall be arctic insulation in floors, ceiling, and walls.
