The work includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct landscaping and irrigation for Naval Military Housing in San Diego, California. -- Estimated cost is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. -- Contract to be awarded to the responsible offeror who provides a "Low Price Technically Acceptable" proposal.
