Work to be performed at the VA Medical Center, 1700 S. Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA. Contractor must provide proof of certification from Edwards Systems Technology (EST) on EST IRC3 fire alarm systems and EST EST3 fire alarm systems. The certification credentials must be less than 2 years old in order to ensure contractor current product/application knowledge. This certification must be received prior to contract award. The cost range for this project is $100,000 -- $250,000. the solicitation package will be made available on or about 7-21-00. There is a nonrefundable charge of $20.00 for the solicitation package.
