This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N61339-00-T-0100 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The incorporated document, provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Raytheon Technical Services Company, Arlington, TX. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3571 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The contract line item numbers (CLINs) are as follows: CLIN 0001 -- CCA, MKN GEN PROC, Qty (1); CLIN 0002 -- CCA, MKN NTPRP, Qty (1); CLIN 0003 -- CCA, MKN REM PROC, Qty (1); CLIN 0004 -- CCA, MKN REM VIDEO, Qty (1); CLIN 0005 -- CCA, MKN GEN PROC, Qty (1); CLIN 0006 -- CCA, MKN NTPRP, Qty (1); CLIN 0007 -- CCA, MKN REM PROC, Qty (1); CLIN 0008 -- CCA, MKN REM VIDEO, Qty (1). The contractor shall deliver the aforementioned CLINS to Oak Harbor, WA 98278 and Cherry Point, NC 28533. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. The following FAR/DFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-3, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5 and DFAR 252.212-7001. The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(b) apply: (1), (3), (12), (13), (14), (15), (19) and (22). The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(c) apply: None. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer that will be mailed or otherwise provided to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration date, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. The contractor shall extend to the government full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale. Acceptance of the warranty does not waive the Government's rights under the Inspection clause, nor does it limit the Government's rights with regard to the other terms and conditions of this contract. In the event of a conflict, the terms and conditions of the contract shall take precedence over the warranty.
