Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) intends to procure Netrix Hardware/Software and Telephone Support from Netrix Corporation as a Compelling Urgency on a Sole Source basis in accordance with the attached RFQ. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This procurement consitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested per attached RFQ and are located in the Attached WORD 7.0 File together with CSC Terms and Conditions and Representations and Certifications. Interested Vendors have five (5) days from publication of this Synopsis/RFQ to submit their quote to the undersigned at the Internet Address or Fax Number listed below. All attached work paper is considered part of the RFQ. The Representations and Certifications must be completed and returned with your quote. It is the offer's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of solicitation amendments (if any).
