Box 1488, Annapolis, MD 21404. Orders will be issued for Engineering Change Kits, Inspection, Overhaul, Repair, Modification, Installation and Checkout Materials, Repair Parts, Engineering Services and Support for the AN/SQS-14 Sonar Detecting Set and the AN/ALQ-141 Countermeasures Set. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (1). Northrop Grumman is the only known company, which currently possesses the in-depth technical knowledge of the equipment, required to satisfactorily perform the work under the orders contemplated herein. No other source has the technical qualification and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
