Description of the work is: Construction of a new Postal Carrier Annex of approximately 18,000 SF. The contractor will be required to commence work within 10 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and complete within 360 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be accessed. Performance and payment bonds will be required. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICA-TIONS.
