The Kootenai National Forest, Fortine Ranger District is soliciting quotes for reconstructing an existing day use site. The work includes installation of Government furnished fixtures such as picnic tables, campfire rings, and pedestals. Also included is the installation of a new Government furnished pre-cast conctrete toilet building. In addition the access road and loop parking areas as well as trails within the day use area will be re-surfaced using Government furnished aggregate. New grass sod will be placed in a protion of the recreation area. The boat ramp area will be modified and a new use site will be created. New regulatory road signs will be installed.
