This project consist of selective demolition work,installation of a new multi-zone airhandler, chilled water pump, piping ductwork, and electrical wiring to serve new HVAC equipment for building 650 at Pope Air Force Base, NC. Basis of award: Competitive Best Value, considering Past Performance and Price equally and IAW Sections L and M of the solicitation. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All solicitation documents (i.e., IFB/RFP, drawings, specifications, etc.) will only be available in electronic format requiring installation of the free SVReader software.
