Job Order Contract (JOC) for a broad range of maintenance and repair, and a wide variety of minor construction tasks at Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas, in support of the Director of Depot Support, Facilities Engineer Management Division. The contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract on which individual task orders will be issued. The contractor will be required to furnish material, equipment, and personnel to manage and accomplish the tasks. Task orders include tasks in a variety of trades such as carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, demolition, concrete, masonry, and welding. The duration of the contract period will initially be a 12-month period, with options for 4 one-year extensions. The minimum for the initial 12-month period is $100,000 and the maximum amount for the same period is $2M. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of the Internet and CD ROM. Amendments to this solicitation will be issued as Internet only. No additional media (Floppy Disks, Faxes, or paper) will be provided unless the Government determines that it is necessary.
