The work to be completed is for a drop inlet, slide repair and culvert replacement at the Boicourt site; culvert scour repair at the Jules Creek site; and bridge scour repair at Squaw Creek site located on the North and South Units of Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota. Work will consist of but is not limited to: construction surveys and stakings, testing, silt fence, clearing and grubbing, guardrail removal, asphalt pavement removal, excavation, aggregate, hot asphalt, prime coat, culverts, underdrain system, curbs, guardrails, topsoil, seeding, erosion control, marking and signing, warning lights, gabions, and riprap. All work to be completed in accordance with the 'Standard Specificaitons for Construction of Roads and Bridges, on Federal Highway Projects (FP-96)'. Supplements will be attached to the solicitaiton as well as the drawings. All proposals will be evaluated on Past Performance, Quality of Work andPrice. An Experience Questionaire is required to be completed for this project. The price range for this project is $400,000 to $600,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds will be required.
