Furnish all plant facilities, labor, materials and equipment to remove existing halon fire suppression system in Bldg 373, Red River Army Depot, 75507-5000. Work includes designing and installing a new preaction, aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) system to protect all areas of the basement, installing new piping and controls, and connecting to existing sprinkler system riser for a fully functional system. Also installing pipe bollards around the new AFFF bladder tank, and providing a new fire alarm master control panel and interlocking with the existing water mist system control panel as well as the new AFFF system panel. Magnitude of construction is betweeen $25,000 and $100,000. This also serves as the presolicitation notice.
