Provide all plant, labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to provide installation of Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) approved line/in-line cross connection prevention measures. Work includes but is not limited to, installation of the following UPC devices on various facilities on Dobbins ARB, GA and the quantities are approximate: (a) 42 Air Vacuum Breakers (AVB), (b) 13 Double Detector Check Valve Assembly (DDVVA) with below ground enclosures, and (c) 4 Reduced Pressure Zone (RPZ) Backflow Preventers. The period of performance is 120 calendar days to include material approval, acquisition, transportation and installation. The contract will be firm fixed price. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC Code is 1629 with a size standard of $17.0M. This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP)-Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). There will be no pre-announcement of when the solicitation will be available on the internet.
