(IDTC) covering various replacement and/or component parts for vehicles
specifically designed and manufactured by or for Detroit Diesel
Corporation. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity
Contract covering a one year period with four one year options.
Estimated amount is $952,535. Various Destinations. Maximum amount for
individual calls placed against the contract is $25,000. All
responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall
be considered by the agency. See Note 12. Copies of this solicitation
are available at the office address above or by faxing 614-692-2262 and
will not be available until 15 days after published in the CBD. The
Small Business standard is 750 employees. Specifications, plans or
drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option
to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of
the Government. The Total shall not exceed 4 years. While price may be
a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award
decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Delivery, Past
Performance and other evaluation factors as described in the
solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which
