This procurement is for used Civil Engineering Support Equipment. Equipment required includes: Dozer (1), Water Truck (2), Field Service Truck (1), and Bucket Clamp (1). The contractor will be required to deliver the equipment to the Pacific Missile Range Facility on the island of Kauai, Hawaii, within 45 days of notice of award. The Government may make multiple awards from the responses to this solicitation, however, a single award may be made. This procurement is being solicited as competitive negotiations utilizing Source Selection Procedures. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of price and technical factors. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors (except communications conducted for the purpose of minor clarification).
