Proposed 3 year requirements contract will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Maximum estimated quantity is 1,040ea for the 2-Hole, and 461ea for the 4-Hole. FOB is destination. Estimated issue date is July 17, 2000. These two manifold assemblies are attached to the end of a housing and precleaner assembly. Air blown by an electric fan passes through filters in this assembly and reaches the manifold. Air hoses connect to the sockets (holes) on the manifold and provide the filtered air to users at positive pressure. The 4-hole assembly is used most commonly on the M7A1 and M14 Gas-Particulate Filer Units (GPFUs), while the 2-hole assembly is a component of the M13A1 GPFU. The manifold must provide a complete seal with the housing and precleaner assembly, so that unfiltered air will not enter the unit and pass through the socket to the user.
