The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: The General Services Administration (GSA) and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois will require a secure turnkey intranet based Computerized Court Information System (CCIS) including equipment, network, software display and editing programs, installation, training and after-installation support and maintenance. The system will serve to provide information to the public which is accurate and up-to-date. Information would include daily court calendar activities, special event listings, announcements, maps and directions to courtrooms, information pertaining to "Other Agencies" in the building, and other topics that will assist attorneys and members of the public in obtaining the information they need. The system will serve the three court units, the U.S. Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court with a means for easily updating and maintaining the information the public may need about the specific activities for each court unit. Similarly, the system will serve other agencies within the building with a means of disseminating information. The U.S. District Court will maintain the server and will serve as administrator for changing and updating the information of "other" agencies. The data for "other" agencies will be supplied electronically to the U.S. District Court for dissemination. This procurement is OPEN TO ALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1731 with a size standard of $7 million. The cost range is estimated between $1 million and $1.5 million.
