The Chief, RCB, TBSS, NCI, NIH is conducting a market survey to determine the existence of potential business sources to perform services to purify, produce, and vial protein/peptide vaccines, vial MoAb immunoconjugates, and vial murine MoAb. This is a sources sought for companies with the capability to carry out potential services which includes purification, vialing, labelling and purity testing of biological agents obtained in bulk form that are intended for clinical use; assay preparations of biological response modifiers for identity, general safety, microbiologic agents; and the capability to organize available preclinical information suitable for IND submission to the FDA. The storage requirement for Government provided biological material is at (-) 130 degrees C to 196 degrees C, (-) 70 degrees C, (-) 20 degrees C, and (+) 4 degrees C. All procedures must be performed in compliance with FDA standards. The standard industrial classification (sic) code is 8731 with a size standard of $20M. Interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a statement of current capability and past performance information. Sources must demonstrate management and technical experience on similar acquisitions, specifically addressing the requirements specified in this synopsis, and demonstrate the ability to obtain the resources necessary to successfully compete for this requirement. Interested and qualified sources are requested to provide the following information: (1) company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and facsimile numbers, and type of business and size, (2) a list of your most recent and relevant Government and commercial contracts (not to exceed five) to include names, points of contact, phone numbers, and brief description of the work. Interested sources should provide the experience they have in performing this type of work; managementof this type of contract and experience in performing the requirements. Interested sources should provide this information within 15 days of publication of this notice. In addition to the information requested above, a letter of interest should include and address the following: (1) annual revenue for entire business, (2) total number of employees, (3) ownership, year firm established, (4) names of two principals to contact, including title and telephone numbers, and (5) include previous experience. Please include pertinent information for on-going contracts or contracts completed within the last five years under sic code 8731. Pertinent information should include: (1) name of contracting activity, (2) contract type, (3) period of performance, and (4) Contracting Officer's name and current telephone number.
