The Army Telecommunications Directorate (ATD) has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. The proposed contract is for a base year with four one-year options. The local exchange services provider, certified by the state of New Jersey, shall provide local commercial communications service for the Picatinny Arsenal which shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial subscriber lines, local exchange access analog trunks, local exchange access digital trunks, and local exchange digital (ISDN PRI) trunk, directory number and number portability. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Sources responding to this requirement must indicate in writing, whether they are a large, small, disadvantaged and /or women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC code 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees. In order to be eligible for award of these services, Offerors will be required to have a Basic Agreement with this office.
