The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Indianapolis anticipates a sole source award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity to JD Donahue and Assoc. (JDDA) The contract will be to purchase new software: products, upgrades, support and maintenance for document printing systems, located in Indianapolis, Columbus, and Denver. The software covered by this contract is covered by copyright laws of the United States and is the proprietary property of JDDA. The software is used on equipment that processes checks, bonds, advice of payments and other documents. It is anticipated an award an IDIQ contract will result. The base period of performance is 10/1/00-09/30/01, Option Period I 10/01/01-09/30/02, Option Period II 10/01/02-09/30/03, Option Period III 10/01/03 09/30/04 Option Period IV 10/01/04-09/30/05. Responses from responsible sources will be considered. Responses must include sufficient documentation to allow this office to evaluate the possibility of your firm to submit a valid proposal. Thedetermination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. It the requirement is found to be other than sole source, no additional CBD Announcement will be published. The planned release of a solicitation for this requirement is on or about July 14, 2000.
