The kit shall be an overhead design mounted externally to the passenger cabin and be easily removable. it is important that potential quoters know that the Forest Service does not own any AS350 series Eurocopters. The successful quoter shall be responsible for and make arrangements to gain access to this type of helicopter for kit development purposes (i.e. installation conformities and possibly a static pull test).
