Work will consist of reconstructing, expanding and paving the existing parking lot. The existing trail will be reconstructed, realigned and paved. The old observation platform will be removed and reconstructed using hand stacked and mortared stones. Two old bathroom buildings will be removed and two new precast concrete bathroom buyildings will be installed. Work items include clearing, excavation, aggregate subgrade, rock and mortar walls, welded steel fencing, asphalt and furnishing and installing precast concrete bathroom buildings.
