Provide new HVAC and electrical service. Interior finishes shall include among others new partitions, suspended acoustical ceilings and finish flooring and painting. A new concrete slab over framing shall be required as a floor structure. Renovate the existing garage -- pedestrian walkway into a newly refinished pedestrian enclosed pedesrian walkway. Services shall also include life safety equipment such as sprinklers and fire alarm equipment. This project is set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1542 with a size standard of $17 million. The cost range is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The completion time for this project is 180 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed (NTP). The liquidated damages are $575.00 for each day of delay. This is a negotiated procurement, proposals will be opened privately.
