The contractor shall be responsible for construction of a potable water storage reservoir, pump station, and connection to existing water main adjacent to Sabre Heliport. Work also includes the demolition and removal of two elevated water storage tanks. Specifically, the work includes, construction of a 18.28 m in diameter reservoir with an operating water depth of 10.97 m. The pump station will be approximately 7.3M x 13.4 m constructed of concrete masonry units with hollow-core concrete roof members with single ply EDPM adhered membrane roofing. The pump station will include three 2840 lpm (750 gpm) pumps with variable frequency drive motor controls and a 150 KW standby generator. SIC 1629/$17 Million. For the purpose of determining the business size, a business concern and its affiliates annual revenue for the past 3 years must not have exceeded $17 million in order to be classified as a small business concern. The estimated range of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Requirement will be 100% setaside for small business concerns pursuant to the reinstatement of small business setaside for certain construction work and FAR 19.5.
