The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and transportation to perform all work required for the replacement of the Chilled Water Generators, located at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, SC. The project also includes, but not limited to installation of sensors, self-contained breathing apparatus and chiller mechanical room ventilation to meet ASHRAE Standard 15 requirements and incidental related work. The SIC Code is 1796. The size standard is $7,000,000.00. The estimated range for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The estimated time for completion is 175 calendar days.
