New construction will add 16 new sleeping rooms with shared toilets. A conventional concrete slab will be used for the floor. The sleeping room will have painted gypsum board wall ceiling, carpeted floors and ceramic tile toilet room floors. The exterior finish for the addition will be horizontally applied 3 inch deep metal wall panel over 4 feet high precast concrete veneer panel base. HVAC will be provided by an independent roof mounted, constant volume packaged unit with gas fired heating and DX cooling, domestic hot, cold, and recirculating water will be extended from existing mechanical room. Provide new dry type transformer for electrical service. Provide fluorescent room and corridor lighting and emergency light fixtures. Provide smoke/heat detectors and strobes. Install telephone and cable TV jacks in each room. Grading, paving and sod are also required. A site visit has been scheduled for 14 August 2000 at 9:00am (Central Time).
