The contract will be a requirements type for a base year and four option year periods. Solicitation will be available on or about 15 Aug 00 and will close on or about 30 Sep 00. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 for the five year period. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted and will be evaluated under the Hubzone Preference Program.
