Scope of work consists of but is not limited to a complete, supervised, noncoded addressable voice fire alarm system, which is independent and separate from the building's existing status and temperature control equipment. New wiring and conduit, raceways, terminal cabinets, outlets and mounting boxes, control equipment, alarm and supervisory signal initiating devices, alarm indicating devices, addressable devices, field addressable interface devices, audible and visual notification appliances, Class A signaling line circuits for the network, Class B initiating device circuits. New independent fire alarm speakers, firefighter telephone communication system, waterflow detectors, pressure switches, and tamper switches for the building sprinkler system. Provide new manual fire alarm stations, photelectric duct smoke detectors, graphic annuniciator, and addressable monitoring of all existing remote fire alarm control panels. Provide for addressable monitoring for the fire pump. Provide a system printer to record all alarm, supervisory, and trouble conditions without loss of any signal. Estimated cost range between $500,000 and $750,000. SIC is 1731. This will be a negotiated procurement with full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration.
