The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision to remove carpet with asbestos mastic, asbestos contaminated resilient floor tile/mastic; install new resilient floor tile and seamless welded vinyl flooring. In addition, Contractor shall prepare bathroom/shower area concrete subfloor for new waterproofing/setting bed/ceramic floor tile. Contractor shall furnish new ceramic wall tile and ceramic base. Work shall be performed in various areas/floors in Buildings 2A, 4, 7, and 8. SIC Code 1743 applies with a size standard of $7M in gross annual receipts. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 -- $100,000. This procurement is unrestricted. Requests for solicitation packages will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
