This acquisition will be solicited and awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis, sole source to L.J. Engineering. The intended five year Indefinite Quantity/ Indefinite Delivery contract will also provide for the overhaul and refurbishment, on a Time and Materials basis, of fielded items. The Standard Industrial Classification is 3728 and the size standard is 500 employees.
