Laser shall include (1) 220 VAC, (2) water-cooled, (3) multi-line. The laser shall meet the following performance specifications: (1) Power output >1.0 W @ 488 nm, (2) Power output >1.0W @ 514 nm, (3) Beam diameter @ 1/e points < 1.5 mm, (4) Beam divergence (full angle) < 0.5 mrad, (5) Power stability (current mode) < + 3%, (6) Power stability (power mode) < + 0.5%, (7) Optical noise (current mode) < 0.5%, rms, (8) Optical noise (power mode) < 0.5% rms.
