In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been Certified, Justified and Approved for Racal Communications. This requirement will be accomplished through the Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR Part 13 dated December 15, 1994. No solicitation is available.
