requirement for (1) low temperature blackbody source with 10"X10"
active area, temperature capability from -40 degrees C to +60 degrees
C in a laboratory environment, digital control of blackbody head and
temperature accuracy of +/-0.03 degrees C, short term temperature
stability of +/-0.03 degrees C, refrigerated cooling system with 15'
long fluid lines, manuals and 60' cable with at least one connector
having largest diameter of < 7/8" and second 10' cable. Brand name
