This synopsis originally posted 19 April 00,(ref # 34) modified as follows: The program will use a traditional Request for Proposal (RFP) approach in lieu of a Program Research and Development Announcement (PRDA). We plan to issue Draft RFP documents beginning in July. The Request for Proposal is scheduled to be released sometime in August 2000 with contract award expected in calendar year 2000. All interested offerors are still invited to submit a Statement of Capability (SoC) through 12 July 00.
