The Space and Missile Systems Center intends to negotiate a one-year contract extension on a non-competitive basis with AlliedSignal Technical Services Corporation (ATSC) for continued depot support and sustainment for the portion of the Air Force Satellite Control Network/Common User Element that is under the cognizance of the Air Force Material Command. The contract extension covers continuation of services such as maintenance engineering, data management, on- and off-site depot level maintenance, and software maintenance and modification. This is an "all or none" requirement. This non-competitive extension will be used as a "stop-gap" effort in support of a subsequent competitive acquisition for the Satellite Control Network Contract.
