The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7629 with a Small Business size standard of $5.0 million. Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, personnel, materials and transportation necessary to provide maintenance and repair of the ADAC Argus Imaging System in accordance with (IAW) the attached performance work statement. Delivery terms shall be FOB destination with service to take place at the Nuclear Medicine Department, 5955 Zeamer Ave, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska 99506. Performanceperiod is 15 July 2000 through 30 Sep 2000.
