This acquisition is for all services, hardware, software, training and supporting documentation required to modify three F-15 TEWS Intermediate Test Stations (TISS), (AN/ALM-246) located at three separate installations within Saudi Arabia for the Royal Saudi Air Force with current PC technology. This agency's minimum needs can only be saisfied by the unique supplies or services available from only The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO. Boeing is the TISS developer and only source who possesses the detailed system knowledge and software familiarity to field this modification within the required timeframe. 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) applies.
